Summary: BIA/Kelsey has started to analyze the effects of content across local sites as it pertains to driving consumer adoption and usage. In this Advisory, we look at content that is generated on local business profile pages. Typically, it is user-generated content and editorial reviews of businesses. In part two of the content analysis series, we’ll consider content that is adjacent to local profile pages. We will review articles, “best of” and other traffic generating options.
