Summary: This Client Inquiry Brief presents data from CFI Group showing users are more satisfied with iPhone features sets than those offered by other smartphones, followed by Android, then the Palm Pre. In the CFI study, Android came close to iPhone on many counts of user satisfaction. But it didn’t stack up in terms of hardware issues.
